Windy days are perfect for flying kites. But when the wind isnβt strong enough, you have to run in order to maintain the kite in the sky. Similarly, when the winds in our lives are not strong enough to keep us in the air, we have to be the ones to uplift ourselves. Practicing self-care is not always easy, but it is essential to our mental health and overall well-being. Like building endurance to keep your kite in the sky, establishing self care takes time.
