May is the time for celebrations. Some of us are celebrating Mother’s Day, graduations, or family or friends’ graduations. Maybe you aren’t celebrating any of these things, but that doesn’t mean you don’t have anything to celebrate! It’s never a bad time to honor our achievements. Sometimes it can feel as if we aren’t allowed to recognize our accomplishments or maybe we just don’t have the space to do so.
