Education Day 2020 - Recap
Last week we had over 300 students from over 30 schools across the valley join us in our efforts in advocating for Instate Tuition for Dreamers in Arizona! We wanted to take this chance to let you know everything that happened that day.

Students started their day bright and early at Brophy College Prep, where we had our registration and breakfast (We are so grateful for our partners ar Brophy, Go Broncos!). As we started our program, we went over how the day would look and split students up into groups based on their legislative district!
After boarding the light rail and arriving at the AZ Capitol, our students went into their scheduled meetings throughout the day. Our students not only met and spoke with the legislators of the state, but were also recognized by them in both chambers!
It was a beautiful day, seeing students advocating for themselves or their friends. There is no doubt that we were heard by our elected officials, and we hope that our elected officials will support our Dreamers as they are Arizona students too.
