Aliento Feature: Angelica Pacheco

My name is Angelica Pacheco and I am a DACA recipient from Chihuahua, Mexico. I am a 19 year old studying for my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Mesa Community College.

Aliento named in amicus brief along with 165 universities in support of DACA Recipients as DACA Heads to the Supreme Court.

On October 4, 2019 the Presidents Alliance on Higher Education & Immigration submitted an Amicus Brief to the United States Supreme Court supporting the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program

Blanca Sierra & Laura Sierra, two undocumented moms/sisters, graduating together from Arizona State University. Through all the obstacles being thrown at them, from Prop 300 to no access to instate tuition, they still prevailed.
